ApolloOne 4.4.1

This release adds HDR workflow to ApolloOne. Here is the feature list:


  • NEW! HDR Mode for RAW files — decode full sensor dynamic range and display on XDR/EDR screens.

  • NEW! JPEG XL export — HDR (PQ BT.2100) and SDR, lossless and lossy compression.

  • NEW! AVIF export — HDR PQ 10-bit and SDR 8-bit, YUV 4:4:4 chroma.

  • NEW! JPEG + HDR gain map export — compatible with iPhone, Mac, and Photoshop.

  • NEW! HEIC + HDR gain map export — same compatibility, ~30% smaller file size.

  • NEW! OpenEXR (.exr) viewing and export — HDR linear-light format for archival and VFX workflows; free for all users.

  • NEW! WebP (.webp) export — 8-bit sRGB, lossy and lossless compression.

  • NEW! HDR Histogram — 4 EV-stop HDR region with log2 axis and color bands.

  • NEW! HDR multi-band overexposure visualizer — 4 false-color bands per EV stop above SDR white.

  • NEW! HDR EV readout — inspector shows +X.X EV stops when hovering HDR highlights.

  • NEW! "Export as HDR" option in export dialog.

  • NEW! AI Image Metadata — detect and copy generation parameters (ComfyUI, A1111/Forge, Midjourney, NovelAI).

  • Exposure slider expanded from +/-2 EV to +/-3 EV.

  • Added HDR gain map image display — Apple and ISO 21496-1 gain maps.

  • Updated ExifTool to version 13.55.

  • Performance improvements and bug fixes.
